Aeroboxing Fitness - This class is great for cardio, muscle tone, circulation, and stress reduction. It combines dance, aerobics, and martial arts.

Little Ninja Life Skills - Ages 3 - 7 is a class for children that requires: Behaviorial development, coordination skills, proper social skills, basic martial arts, etc. The instructor evaluates the children in each class to determine whether they may advance to the traditional training. Not every child is a candidate for this program.

Traditional Martial Arts - Belt Progression Classes in the following arts: Moo Duk Kwan, Hapkido, and Judo. These classes are blended with training in these arts: Wu Shu Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do concepts, and Practical Self-Defense

Martial Arts Weaponry - is taught in personal training only. This class may be tailored to instruction in these weapons: Nunchuks, Bo Staff, Sword, Escrima Stick Fighting, Tonfa, and Sai.

Boxing / Kickboxing - This class is for training in Boxing / Kickboxing. This is a great cardio workout. It will tone the muscles, improve stamina, relieve stress, increase coordination, and develop confidence. It will also prepare those individuals interested in competing in this sport.
